SHOALS SPEC HANGAR
Construction is well underway for a 27,500 square foot speculative building hangar for MRO development. Construction is estimated to be completed in early April of 2023 and will be available for lease or purchase.

Located in the Florence-Lauderdale Industrial Park, this 150,000 square foot speculative building is currently under construction and will be available for lease or purchase in Q2 of 2024!
250k SF Spec Building
Construction is currently underway for a 250,000 square foot speculative building in the Shoals Research Airpark. An oversized building pad provides quick expansion capabilities to 500,000 square feet. Available for lease or purchase Q2, 2024!
